- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who operate a business in Australia and have an Australian Business Number (ABN). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- Promotion commences 15 August 2015 at 12 amand closes at 12am AEST on 16 October 2015 (Promotion Period).

During the Promotion Period:
- Log onto the website www.livitissue.com.au/giveaway or scan the QR code shown in the advertisement appearing in the edition of Executive Housekeeper datedVol. 19-2 August 2015
- Follow the prompts and in 200 words or less tell us “What the Livi® brand means to your business and the challenges you face with your toilet paper, towel and facial tissue needs”; and
- Provide your name, organisation, ABN, title, address, daytime telephone number and a valid email address as prompted.
- Multiple entries will be accepted but there is a limit of one prize for each ABN provided.
- This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on its value of the information to assist Solaris Paper to provide better customer and product serviceability. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The best 20 entries as chosen by the judges will winan Espressotoria Capino Black Capsule Coffee Machine valued at $99.00 Recommended Retail Price each. (The price is only a recommendation and may be discounted from time to time. The Promoter has no control over the retail value of the prize). The prize pool comprises 20 x 1 Espressotoria Capino Black Capsule Coffee Machine. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two weeks after the last day of the Promotion Period.In the event a winner cannot be contacted at the telephone or email address provided, the Promoter will award the prize to the next best selected entry.
- Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry is his/her original literary work and does not infringe the copyright of any third party.
- Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or received after the closing date are invalid and will not be included in the judging.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants at any time and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes has breached these Terms and Conditions.
- If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value or greater value.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify or suspend the promotion or disqualify any entrant if this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter including technical difficulties. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any defect, error, omission, delay in transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.
- The Promoter does not provide any warranties or representations as to the quality or suitability of any of the prizes awarded under these Terms and Conditions, except for any warranties which cannot be excluded by law.
